At Howies Hockey Tape, we stand by the quality of our products and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tape rolls, laces, or accessories are securely protected for transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement gear within 3-5 business days.
